2019-20 Penn State Schuylkill Volleyball Season Preview

Penn State Schuylkill's Volleyball team played extraordinarily well last year, having gone to the PSUAC playoffs for the first time in 8 years. The whole campus will be cheering the team on as they continue to do their very best in 2019.  

The women's volleyball team still has 20 matches left out of 22. They will be competing against teams such as Rosemont, Valley Forge, and many moreFor the lady's second year in the NAIA, they will be playing against Washington Adventist twice this seasonThis will also be the second year that the team will be involved in the PSUAC Crossover, first year at State College, where they will be playing against Penn State's westward sister campuses. Coach Malone, of the women's Volleyball team, states that they are all excited to play aPenn State University for the crossover weekend. She hopes it will provide them not only with experience but also great memories to be shared between teammates 

Coach Malone feels strongly about their chances, saying "I truly believe that we are in a position this year to see better results and more competitive finishes!  Being one of the top teams in our conferences last season, I think and have the confidence that you'll see right back there and then some this season!" 

The team has many new players as well as returning players and they are all working together to become better as a team and as individuals on the court. Coach Malone adds, "We are ready to grow as a team and really make some noise!"
