Trailing 3-2 in the top of the 5th inning, Karlos Joseph hit a two-run homer to give Schuylkill their first lead of the game. Henry Ford would tie the game at 4 in the bottom of the 6th. After a scoreless 7th, Schuylkill would find some offense in the top of the 8th, Dan Greenawalt singled and scored on Chris Kreider's double, Kreider would score an insurance run on a single from Karlos Joseph. Kreider picked up the win throwing two scoreless innings in relief of starter Kyle Kaledas.
