Schuylkill Shuts Out Brandywine in Back-to-Back Games

Penn State Schuylkill closed out their season series with PSU Brandywine, taking the final two game, 5-0 and 4-0. In game one it was freshman Jake Leininger who kept Brandywine hitters at bay, going seven innings for the complete game shutout allowing six hits and recorded five strikeouts. Leininger helped his cause offensively his a two run double in the fouth.

In game two Schuylkill capitalized on four Brandywine errors in the first inning which was enough for Schuylkill starting pitcher Derrick Eberhart to pick up the win. Eberhart allowed three hits in 7 innings of work.
