To be named to the USCAA National All-Academic Team, student-athletes must meet specific criteria that emphasize academic excellence:
- Academic Standing: Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior.
- Cumulative GPA: Must have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
These requirements ensure that the honor recognizes those who excel both in their sport and in the classroom.
