Schuylkill closes out PSU York with 12-2 victory.

After splitting a pair of games on Saturday, Penn State Schuylkill played host to Penn State York in the final game of the 3 game set. After set PSU York down in order in the top of the first, Schuylkill's offense jumped out early with a 5 run advantage. Matt Roberts comtributed a 2 Rbi single while teammate Nick Jacoby added a two-run homerun as the Lions would send 10 batters to the plate in the opening frame. Schuylkill would continue to tack on runs throughout the rest of the game as Karlos Joseph and Mattt Roberts would both homer, Roberts knocked in 6 rbi to lead th PSUAC with 23.

Schuylkill's Wade Bressler took the mound, and dominated the York bats through 5 1/3 innings, striking out 8 and allowing 2 unearned runs. John Toomey came in to close out the final 1 2/3 innings, sealing the 12-2 victory.
