SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. - Owen Zimmerman (Shoemakersville, PA / Hamburg Area High School) was named the PSUAC Hitter of the Week following his performance during the opening round of the PSUAC playoffs.

In Penn State Schuylkill's opening round matchup against Penn State Brandywine, Zimmerman finished 2-3 at bat with a double and an RBI and three runs. Zimmerman went 2-3 at bat with three RBIs and three runs in two games against Camden County Community College. Zimmerman currently leads the PSUAC in total hits (62), doubles (20), and batting average (.477).
