Baseball Enters USCAA World Series as No. 7 Seed

SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. - Penn State Schuylkill Baseball returns to the USCAA Baseball World Series as the seventh overall seed.

Penn State Schuylkill, led by first-year head coach Nick Evangelista, clinched its first 30-win season in program history, completing the regular season with a 30-12 overall record. The team had a dominant year, finishing first in the PSUAC East Division with a 16-4 record.

Schuylkill will be joined in the tournament by PSUAC conference opponents Penn State DuBois and Penn State York, who secured the first and ninth seeds, respectively. Schuylkill will enter the tournament matched up against the #10 seed, Florida National University (21-26 overall record), on Monday, May 13th at 10:00 AM.

The double-elimination tournament will take place from May 13th to 17th in DuBois, PA.
