Schuylkill Sweeps USCAA Opponent Bucks County in Final Tune-Up Before Senior Night Showdown

Game 1 Recap:

Penn State Schuylkill rallied from an early deficit to top Bucks County 5-2 in the opener. After falling behind 2-0, the Lions responded with a three-run third inning fueled by Brenan Adams' clutch 2-RBI double. Aidan Barner held down the Bucks with a gritty 106-pitch start, and Conner Licklider slammed the door with three dominant innings of relief, striking out five. Schuylkill capitalized on seven stolen bases and defensive miscues to seal the win.

Game 2 Recap:

Game two saw another comeback as Schuylkill rallied late to secure a 7-5 win. Brandon Pupek sparked the offense with a triple and 3 total bases, and Dan Zimmerman delivered a crucial sacrifice fly in the seventh. The Lions used four different arms on the mound, including senior Owen Zimmerman, who closed out the game with a strikeout for the save.
