Schuylkill Explodes for Season-High 12 Goals in Road Victory

Penn State Schuylkill men's soccer delivered its most commanding performance of the season, cruising to a 12–2 victory over Penn State Hazleton in conference play. The Lions wasted no time, scoring ten goals in the first half behind a balanced and relentless attack.

Senior midfielder Zack Wilcox was unstoppable, netting four goals and one assist to pace the Lions. Fellow senior Jacob Moser added three goals and three assists, continuing his strong late-season form. Michael Merianos also contributed a hat trick and an assist, while Yiljep Yiljep chipped in with a goal and an assist to round out a complete team effort.

Defensively, goalkeeper Bryce Hensley recorded eight saves in the win, while the Schuylkill defense held Hazleton to limited opportunities throughout much of the match.

The Lions will look to carry their offensive momentum into their final home game on Saturday when they host USCAA opponent Bucks County Community College to close out the regular season.
