Emma Crisswell delivered a complete-game performance (7.0 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 0 ER, 8 K), keeping NJCU's offense in check. Offensively, Cealinn McGroarty (1-for-2, RBI) and Megan Marks (1-for-3, RBI) provided key run-scoring hits, while Jade Weiss (2-for-2, BB) set the table at the top of the lineup.
NJCU struck first, capitalizing on an error in the first inning, but Schuylkill responded in the third with back-to-back hits to take the lead. Meaghan Doyle (3-for-3, 2 SB, R) was the standout for NJCU, but their defense struggled with four errors, allowing Schuylkill to capitalize.
This win marked a strong rebound for the Lions, who will look to build on the momentum moving forward in their spring break slate.
