Women's Cross Country Competes in LVC Dutchmen XC Invitational

ANNVILLE, Pa. - Women's Cross Country competed in the LVC Dutchmen XC Invitational on Saturday, hosted by Lebanon Valley College. The invitational brought together cross-country enthusiasts from various colleges. Women's Cross Country participated in a 5k course.

JiaYi Gong (Gordon, PA / North Schuylkill) led the charge for Schuylkill. Gong completed the 5k race with a time of 26:52.90 seconds, securing the 94th overall place for the event.

Seconds behind Gong was Malak Mowafi (Iselin, NJ / JFK Memorial), who secured the 95th overall place with a time of 26:58.90 seconds. In the overall team standings, Schuylkill placed 21st among the participating teams and finished with an average team time of 32:15.90.
