Maysen Joined the Penn State Nittany Lion Athletic Staff in August of 2023. She is the assistant athletic trainer, employed by LVHN. She works alongside Kate Fullerton, head athletic trainer, to provide top-tier services to all Penn State Schuylkill student-athletes. When Maysen is not at PSU, she is providing support as the interim head athletic trainer at Pine Grove Area High School and Junior High School.

Prior to joining the Nittany Lions, Maysen provided athletic training services for varying high school, collegiate, and professional athletics. She has also provided high quality care in physicians offices, hospitals, and physical therapy clinics.

Maysen graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and certificate of coaching and youth sport development in 2022. She then graduated with her master's degree in athletic training in 2023 and is planning on pursuing her doctorate degree in the near future. Maysen began her educational career at Ball State University in Indiana and completed it at Aurora University in Illinois.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Maysen has a long history in athletics. She was a multisport athlete for over 10 years and served as an assistant to her high school athletic trainer for 3 years.
