Schuylkill Haven, PA

Lady Lions take two from SUNY Delhi, 12-4 and 8-5. Schuylkill used offensive explosion to rout the Broncos in Game 1 of their non-confernce doubleheader. With the game tied at 2-2, Schuylkill would open up a lead on 2-rbi hits from Dominique Grasso and Megan Boyer giving the Lady Lions a 6-2 advantage after 4 innings of play. In the 5th inning, a pair of solo home runs from Erin Luckenbill and Marcella Scheeler extended the Schuylkill lead to 8-2. After giving up a pair of runs to Delhi in the top of the sixth, Schuylkill would answer back with 4 runs, two of which came on another Luckenbill home run to earn the 12-4 win.  

In game 2, Schuylkill would trail for most of the game before once again breaking the game open with a four run bottom of the 6th, getting rbi's from Makenna Rushannon, Luckenbill, Haley Wolff and Steph Killian. Pitcher Cara Brennan picked up the win in both games improving to 5-5 in 2016.
