Schuylkill falls in overtime.

Schuylkill Haven, PA

Schuylkill and Brandywine took the field against each other for the second time this season, the first a 1-0 home victory for Brandywine. Schuylkill was able to hold back the rush from Brandywine, who outshot Schuylkill 15-4 in the first half to keep the score at 0-0. After halftime, Schuylkill struck first as Rieley Reed beat her defender on the wing, sending a pass to a waiting Kyra Bulino, who scored easily. Schuylkill would maintain their advantage throughout the half, but in an instant Brandywine's Ami Ianello raced past the Schuylkill defense give a well placed pass to Olivia Encarnacion, to tie the score at 1-1 in the 85th minute.

Brandywine carried that momentum into the overtime period, just 4 minutes into the extra period Brandywine's Mary Mitcheli found space just outside the box and scored the game-winning past Schuylkill goalie, Megan Boyer.
