Before Penn State Schuylkill
Attended Danville High School. Was a member of the alpine ski team and the Nordic ski team. Ran cross country and track and field. Named a NSAF All American. 8^th Vermont XC State Champion. 9th Vermont Indoor State Championship 3000m, 5^th Vermont Outdoor State Champion 3000m.
